And, you know, it's I think you're starting to see more and more people, I think, contemplate that.

And, you know, I mean, it's been staggering inflation that you've seen on that over the last two to three decades.

And, you know, I know Terry used to always talk about that, how Price of College, when, you know, he went to it, I mean, it was very natural.

I mean, you had a lot of people where they'd work part time and be able to fully pay for your course credits.

So the all-in cost of private college averaged nationally this year, about $62,000.

So, I mean, you think about that, that's a pretty staggering sum where, you know, if you haven't saved for that, and, you know, a lot of people like to try to help their children and say, I don't want you to go and sell this debt if I can help in any way to help buffer that burden for you.

But the big thing is, you know, if you're five, 10 years out from retirement, dipping into your retirement savings can really side tail, curtail where you're at with your own ambitions for retirement.

And, you know, I think we're seeing people contemplate that more and more, you know, not just with college savings, but retirement.

Kelly, as you know, on the real estate front, I mean, people are staying at home longer, you know, into their 30s in many cases with the elevated cost of purchasing a down payment for a home.

So there's a number of variables, I think, that are competing for people right now to try to say, well, you know, any way I can help them out for that next generation is great, but it goes hand in hand.
