Kristen sits down with longtime friend Amy Miller, a Phoenix-based Realtor who's built a six-figure business in nine years without ever making a cold call. Amy shares how she leaned into relationships…
Amy MillerGuestThat is so cool because, and networking groups are obviously you guys know, I love a good networking group and I know you're part of my networking group.
I know you're part of a totally different vibe, which is a BNI and you're probably part of more.
So over the years, like what have you, what success have you found when you're like, I'm committing to a networking group?

It all boils back to, um, building relationships, right? So I am part of a BNI chapter.

But there are a lot of things that I hear people say that just aren't my experience.

And the people that I really connect with and can pour into, I put my focus there.

Not everybody in that group is for everyone, just like I'm not going to be for everyone.

But there are those people that you naturally gravitate towards and collaborate really well with.

I don't have to reinvent the system, right? Like it's already a system and I just picked it up and plopped it in my business.
And I think that's what's so important is like, you just kind of have to like, take out the chatter and experience it for yourself especially when you're going into different networking groups like you've got to be like you can't just like choose one without going and filling the vibe and meeting the people because at the end of the day it is a relationship thing and if you're like yeah these are my people like i feel good here you're going to show up to it you're going to show up and you're going to serve in it and you're going to it's going to be totally different than some transactional thing that you're showing up to right so have you been a part of the same bni for the whole time
