We talk a lot about playing sport and how good that is for your physical health and also your mental health.

And we talk about exercise a lot, but we're kind of talking about the more passive part of it.

And that is following sport, barracking for a team, sitting in a stadium or in front of a TV.

watching sport and i think there's there's and this is precipitated by the fact that we're recording this in the maybe it's hard to say two-thirds of the way through the world cup although these things do tend to drag on uh the football world cup might be going for another couple of months for all i know i I will declare my colours.

But last night I watched the Rugby League State of Origin and I was passionate and excited about that.

There's people who aren't interested in any sort of sport at all in terms of spectating.

They look at me and say, why do you care? And I find it hard to answer, but we'll explore that.

I watch them on telly and I get kind of excited when my team's winning and I get a little bit sad when they're losing.

And then at the extreme end, you got those who are very, very passionate about football following sport and it's a big part of their life and they pay hundreds of dollars to go to games.
