So I want to talk to you about how we unconsciously disconnect from money every single day.

We live in a world where every single one of us want more money, want more income, want to do better.

Our unconscious programming has prevented us i'm actually getting those things so what do i actually mean by that well i think it's safe to say for many of us including myself we did not grow up in a wealthy household maybe you didn't grow up around lots of money maybe you grew up to working-class parents or maybe your parents were quite quite poor or unfortunate and that's okay because it's all part of the learning and it's all part of life right However, what happens is, unconsciously we pick up money beliefs, we pick up money blueprints.

However, sometimes we don't really take the time out to really figure out why it's happening, how it's happening, what's the programming beneath it, what are the psychological unconscious patterns that are keeping us stuck.

we've just been told that oh well if you grew up poor or you didn't have a lot of money growing up then that's probably why you don't have a lot now yes maybe however something needs to change in order for you to make an improvement and that thing is is how do you unlock this unconscious self-sabotage and get rid of it for good well it starts off with meaning and understanding Why is it even happening in the first place? So for many people, you might not like what I'm about to say, but the truth of the matter is, it's not just linked to your upbringing in terms of what you saw about money, what you felt about money, what you heard, what you experienced around money.

It's also linked potentially to something that happened between you and your mum.

Now you might be going, what has my mum got to do with this, Jessen? This has got to do with money.

For many of us, unconsciously, we inherited some kind of emotional wound or trauma from our mum.

Now, what does that mean? Well, let me talk about my example, and maybe it'll resonate with you.

And for those of you who didn't grow up with your mum, don't worry, I'll explain what's happened with you in a moment.

i grew up with the most loving mom in the world she gave everything to me and my brother she gave everything to us she sacrificed everything for us her own happiness her own comfort her own joy for us in many many many ways so for some people you might go well how did she wound you jess It's very simple.

She really deep down wanted to feel loved herself, but she was so busy giving it to other people that she found it difficult to receive love herself.
