Answering agents' phone calls.

How do I do that? Yes, but they still call, right? So then it goes back to last week.

Where do I get kind of fed up and what I'll tolerate and how do I get that bar? So, hey, if I need to make sure I change voicemails, hey, look, here's the deal.

You're calling by listening, right? What you kind of got in your voicemail makes you call the office right now.

Speak to the listening coordinator, right? If they text me about it, when I bash my time, hey, no problem.

The other two, I'm going to say, look, try to call the seller, figure out what the answer is, let me know.

Then there'll be one of those five that then they may need me to actually answer about, then I'll handle that part.

But what do most people do? You answer the five calls because, oh, it's quicker to handle the one call until you do five of them.
