Um, I didn't wa- I wanted to tattoo, um, but all the spots in San Francisco, Goldfields, Erno's, um, Picture Machine, they all had someone already.
But anyway, they all said no, and so I was like, "Fuck it, I'm no sellout anyway," you know?
And so I did, and, uh, what's funny about that is I had only been in the city for like, um, probably like four months.
And I started working at Daljit's on Upper Haight, kind of a punk rock clothing store.
