So after I my direction changed into more of the health and well-being space during that venture, I was acutely aware of everything that I should be doing.

But also I was very aware that I was also falling into that sort of hustle mindset.

stress trap we had investors investors would message at 1am and expect a response um pretty promptly and that is a that was a really difficult balance um and had me and then I also found myself in a position that I did wasn't expecting where there was information overload So obviously being in that health and wellbeing space, you had information from so many different professionals, all of which very, very well accredited and well respected in their individual fields, but with entirely conflicting information.

So you have people in the extended fasting camp, then as a female, you had the impact that that had on the body was not necessarily at certain times in a cycle, potentially not conducive to optimum health because it was actually doing a stress load on the body.

So you had this sort of constant conflicting information, which put me in a sort of like um stalemate like not sure what to do then unfortunately through an issue with the business I lost the business and everything plummeted um so I gained weight I didn't sleep my resting heart rate was close to 90 beats a minute when it's normally being 55 at sleep so you know there was a lot of negative um negative impacts of losing the business even though actually on the surface I felt like I was OK.

So when I say sort of now emerging, it's over the last, I would say, 12 months where I've really sort of dialed off a lot of the external influences.

So just to throw things out there, but looking at sleep, at things like hydration, looking at supplements that you take, looking at the food that I have.
