Kevyn JGuestDarylHostBut really, we'll start with weight loss and fitness because you're extraordinarily consistent.
You're very inclusive within the fitness community as a whole.
What's been going on with you fitness-wise really over the last year or so?

I consider us buddies now when we were friends and have been doing this for a while.

So I do consider this a safe space and a place where, you know, I can kind of be myself.

As far as the weight loss journey and the wellness journey is what I like to call it.

So me being 59 years young, I wanted to make sure that going into this next decade that I am at my optimal best.

And so with that being said, talked to my doctors, wanted to make sure that I was doing everything in my power to make sure some of the numbers that I was concerned about like cholesterol.

And I do play take high blood pressure meds because I'm a man of a certain age and also being African-American man.

If people don't talk about those things, they talk about how important those numbers are.

So with all that being said, still, my weight was something that is still considered obese, morbidly obese.

And so I'm just trying to pace and maintain and make sure that I'm doing everything that I can to be my best physically and mentally.

Back in August of 2025, it's almost been a year, we entered that space and started with Manjaro as another tool to kind of help me with the weight.
