It can be what you would think of biological father.
It can be stepfather.
It can be adoptive father.
It can be father figure.
I mean, if you think about it, if you've had the opportunity to impact a child's life and Maybe even an adult who never really had much of a father figure in their life it really it covers a lot of It covers a lot of a lot of a lot of people and yes, they're they're absolutely situations where there is not a male figure present and and somebody has to step up and try to fill both roles.
You know, I think who I really want to do these messages for is for the men that are hurting.
And a lot of men are hurting.
a lot of men are trying to figure things out.
And this this day.
This one can hit hard.
This one can hit harder than most.
And, you know, if you're If you're trying to work through things, if you're trying to sort things out, we talk a lot about emotions and vulnerability on this podcast.

Because I'm going to tell you, that's the glue that holds stuff together.
Here's the thing.
If you truly, when it comes to being a father, being a dad, if you look back at what you did and you can honestly say, You know, I did the best that I could or I did what I thought was right at the time.
Even if you look back at it now and you're like, I could have done things differently.
Because here's the thing.
We all look back at stages of life, but especially with parenting and see that, yeah, you know what? There's things we could have done differently.
Time goes by really fast.
