So, Dan, you had another surgery recently?

Oh, I was scheduled to have another surgery, but in between the two, I got really sick and went to the emergency room and was septic again.

They took a CAT scan and it looked like I had this big pocket of fluid on my right kidney where they did the surgery.

So they put in a drain to drain that bad boy.

Out of your body or into your bladder? Out of my body.

Whoa.

Yeah.

And then that turned out not to be infected.

It was just blood, like a blurred pocket.

Oh, a blood

pocket.

But my kidneys were definitely infected and so was pretty much the rest of my body.

So another round of antibiotics and really fun times just chilling in the hospital for like five days.
