When light hits a solar panel, a s- a PV module, it creates DC, direct current.

And for people who have a little bit of electrical knowledge, our homes do not use DC current.

They use alternating current, usually at 60 hertz and 120 to 240 of, uh, volts.

And when, and hertz is just, like, the rate at which it's switching back and forth, right? Where it says alternating, is that the-

Volts is how excited the electrons are, and amperage is how many electrons are moving.
