Yeah

... we deal with day in and day out, and we see the structure, not the institution, but the structure of thinking is where the problem is.

And so we'll go through this in a minute, but, you know, I've been involved in lay ministry for 35, 40 years, and 40 years plus.

And so I've seen many things, encountered many things.

Mm.

Most healthy, to be honest.

Some not, not as healthy and, and probably because it's just ill-informed.

Mm.

And so that's, that's our approach here to talk about this very candidly, and we're open to feedback.
