Studies have shown that women charge 20 to 30% less than our male counterparts doing the exact same work.

But us as women, we tend to not believe in our worth, and that really bothers me.

So that's what we're gonna talk about today, and I'm so excited because the first thing I'm gonna talk about is my own story and how I realized I wasn't charging my value or my worth.

I was writing an article, and I decided to create a five-part series, was, what is a strategic CFO actually worth? And I wanted to reflect my value to other people.

Why is it important, even if you have a CPA and a bookkeeper inside your business, if you're at multi six or seven figures, why is it important to also have a strategic CFO and be looking at your numbers on a monthly basis? So I wanted to reflect on an ROI from a client I had, and I had been working with them for four years.

And when I went back and actually did the math, I almost fell on the floor because it wasn't thousands, it was millions.

And this is a multi seven-figure business that the impact that I was able to create in the four years that I worked with them until they actually sold their business was millions.

So after I went back and did the math, I was like, "Audrey, you are not even remotely charging enough if this is the impact that you're able to make on a business." I did actually two things.

And I knew that still wasn't enough, but I had to get my nervous system comfortable with that.

Then I worked with clients for a three-month period, and I still have that package.

I didn't get rid of it because a lot of times what happens is they grow into the annual package that I created.

So I created an annual package that really can create the impact for them in their business so they can see an ROI like this client saw.
