Today, we're still talking about employment law, but I'm going to open it up a little bit I want to talk about retainer agreements and some commonly used terms, some typical terms that you will see in your retainer agreement and what those mean.
So at one point I was like recording this video and I pulled up my own retainer agreement, contingency retainer agreement.
And then I was like, let's just not because of my agreement is not like specifically worded the same way that yours is.
So I'm not going to read directly from my retainer agreement, but I will talk about specific clauses in a retainer agreement that are typical.
