And, you know, I was thinking about this earlier today about when I was talking with someone who was experiencing some tragedy but also some joy.

And, you know, there's an old saying that joy and sorrow sleep in the same bed.

How do you make sense of those days when you feel incredibly grateful but also deeply heavy at the exact time?
In 2019, we lost a grandchild unexpectedly, suddenly, on just a normal Saturday morning.
And then three months later, our oldest son, who was our grandchild's father, was killed in a car accident.
We've experienced probably more than the norm, you know? And so what do we have to say about it and how do we keep getting out of bed? I think is.

How do you keep going? And I'm not saying that you pretend, but whenever you meet people, you don't, you don't come across as sorrowful all the time.
Well, I appreciate when people don't know, you know, and are shocked to learn of it.
