Anyways, so once you tell the progress of whatever you're doing, let's say for piano, I played piano and then I just tell it the session.
This actually ties back to a concept I had a long time ago called continuous flow, where you just, whatever session you're doing, I imagine like the most ideal practice session is an infinite one where you just keep practicing and somehow your brain is able to retain everything.
Of course it can't and you need sleep for that and you need breaks and everything like that.
So the next best thing is having a continuous flow where you pick up where you left off.
You don't need it, you can just look back on your own notes, but sometimes it's nice to have something telling you as well as like an interaction versus just like reading, if that makes sense.
And having it be automatic as well is very nice, because you can just schedule it on Cloud Code as a routine.
And I still need to test this thoroughly because I've been changing whether or not it's on the same chat or not.
So hopefully it can do the same chat because I had two separate ones, but I think one chat is more ideal for each day.
And then during nighttime, it will ask me basically certain questions that it didn't capture during the middle of the day about things that I said I would do or that was on the mission of the day's list or something.
And just general questions about what I did during the day and It's also automatically capturing what I eat because I take photos of it.
I've been avoiding unhealthy foods and I even bought oats and soy milk to eat with the oats because I need more fiber.
But there's still one thing really missing in my routine, which is exercising more.
