I struggled for like a good five to ten minutes with Codex trying to figure out the voice thingy that I created a while back where it reads out the replies that it sends me because sometimes, you know, I'm working with two projects while one is going and Claude is doing its thing, I'm typing something else and then once it's done, it reads the reply out loud so I know that it's done and I don't even have to look at it.
I can just listen, like stop what I'm doing and just listen a little bit and then basically tell it what to do next.
Just the really really low quality, low resolution voices that people use as jokes and to make fun of things.
And it's kind of funny at first, but I was like, what is happening? Like, I'm asking if it has different voices it can use, and then it switches to these ones.
And then it just kept playing really, really bad voices for like a good five minutes.
And I've been having this experience with it for the past week or so where every time I go to use it, I feel like I'd rather just use Cod to accomplish what I want.
