so i've been thinking about this and there's probably 101 things that me and my business could go to therapy about But I think the main one would definitely, and I don't know if it's the business taking me to therapy or me taking the business.

the main thing that it would be would be operating on the cusp of burnout all the time like just learn to stop

wow that's so freaking relatable like I think so many people will be like nodding their heads profusely listening to it Is it working too much time, taking on too much pressure? Like, what do you think it is like specifically? Yeah,

Like I had a business coach where we worked through this like two years ago for a whole six month period.

So where I could deliver something at like a lower level and it still be like, oh, this is amazing.

And then I think that's then coupled with financial kind of money mindset worries.

So I, without kind of giving you the whole trauma backstory, I grew up in a working class family where money was a problem and that was something I was very aware of from a young age.

Like if I got like money for my birthday or for Christmas, I would like squirrel it away and hide it in a purse for like years until I spent it.

And that's something I think when you then go into business and you're responsible for your own wage and your own money and keeping a roof over your head, that then makes me say yes to more and keep taking more on and keep working more and leading myself to burnout.

Yeah, and it's so brave to even start a business, you know, go actually self-employed when you have that mindset.
