So, Michelle, you know, I've been having these conversations after getting served way too many video snippets of couples therapy TV show on TikTok.

And I've been wondering if your business dragged you to couples therapy or if you took your business to couples therapy.

And if we're sitting on a couch talking, it would be like, it's that level of clinginess that I feel for my business, but also for me, I feel like I cling onto my business just as much as it clings on to me.

It's very common as founders or solo entrepreneurs to feel like you're always connected and your brain is always on for your business.

And it's just about learning how to manage it along the way, learning how to separate your sense of self-worth from your business.

I think, you know, you've said a few things here because there was the boundaries part, which I think is extremely relatable and it can manifest itself in so many different ways.

And I love how you mentioned the clinginess, right? and how it's like kind of two-sided and it kind of goes from both ways and also just remembering our identities outside of the business and yeah You know, someone who's been in this entrepreneur journey a few times, sometimes like really, really important to remember that you have a whole life outside of business, because then it can be like very hard, like when something goes wrong or when something goes like really, really well to just like.

understand like, hey, where does this NNI start? And I love how you've been, like, for example, doing on TikTok, like your running journey or something like that.

And like, just kind of reminding yourself that there's more Michelle than Hello Lemon, even though we love Hello Lemon.

So like my TikTok was a way for me to create without the marketing side of things attached to it.

But what's interesting is that I thought a lot about whether I wanted to create a TikTok under my name or under Hello Lemon.
