So Kels, if your business took you to couples therapy, or maybe if you took your business to couples therapy, what do you think it would be all about?
I'd say I'm quite, I call it squiggly, but I am, I have ADHD, and I think I get, like, so many ideas, and it's really hard for me to just, like, focus and kind of stay the course on one, 'cause I'm just like, "Oh, I wanna try that.
Oh, I wanna try that." And I feel like the d- the first five years of my business, or four years maybe, I've moved a bit away from it in the last year, have just been, like, trying so many different things, and just, like, acting on so many different ideas.
And so I think I'm in a season now where I'm really ready to kind of scale one offer and go really deep.
And so I think if I took it to couples therapy, it would be about, like, focusing, honing in, trusting that, like, that's enough, and that you don't need to explore, like, every new idea that pops into your brain.
[laughs] And yeah, I think that's the hardest thing for me is just to, like, focus.

Oh my God, I really relate as, you know, also an ADHD girl here, and I feel like my superpower, but also my kryptonite is that-

it just comes a point where you say, like, "Okay, we need to close all the tabs, clear all the noise, and see what's what," right?
Like, you know, it's okay when you're just in that growth period and you're just trying to try new things, see what works, see what you like.
But there is kind of a time in business when you do need to focus, and you need, you do need to build out systems if you wanna scale.
I wanna, like, really have this business and this thing that I'm known for," which is launching.
So I've had to, like, bat away [laughs] all of the ideas that wanna creep in, and just trust that, like, that's gonna be enough to get me to where I wanna go.
And that's just taken a lot of not only, like, focus, but also a lot of mindset work.
