Marcia BreyGuestKristi PorterHostEnrique AlvarezHostGE Appliances has also championed broader community initiatives, uh, around sustainability, inclusion, and disaster support, as you just mentioned.
How do you see those values reflected in your operational culture and, uh, not just the corporate messaging?

Well, I, you know, like I said, I-- When you talk about GE Appliances, you know, I've been here 33 years.

And it's people helping each other, just like I've had so many people help me in my career, and it's that same passion that extends to our communities.

And how do we enable what our employees are so passionate about to also come through, um, in our communities? We just launched, um, our Good Things for Life Foundation that I am really excited about.

It allows us to expand and formalize what we've been doing in the community for decades and decades.

That our nonprofits can see the foundation, they can apply for grants, they can work with our GE employees.

What I love about GE Appliances is if you have a passion like I do, you know, for a particular nonprofit, especially if it fits within the pillars that we're aligning this foundation around, we, we want those employees to lead their efforts, their projects with their nonprofits that they care about.

I mean, certainly we, we want to provide support where we think our appliances fit the best and, and so forth, but we really want to feed our passion from our employees in that and be behind...

So it's kind of the company standing behind our employees working in the community and giving back.
