If we don't stop smashing chutes and hoppers on trucks, I don't know how we will keep doing this.

There's a lot of stuff that fails on them, fuel injectors and DPF and all this stuff.

And then when we have a rash of bridge masters dropped on shoots or backing into the plant with the hopper up, um, it's just totally needless work to get done.

Um, when we have engines and other issues that, that are outside of our control that we need to be focusing on.

I think so much of it is getting yourself, Colleen, you're a great person to, uh, Chime in on this, but I think so much of it is getting yourself in a routine where you habitually do the exact same things in the exact same order and you don't stray from that.

It's so easy to just take a shortcut or whatever, but then it has disastrous consequences.
And to be on the driver's side kind of a little bit, it is hard on like crazy busy days like today, either short on track, short on people, like a million different small orders all going at the same time.
And also when these guys are training, um, They're usually in the newer automatics.
And when you're backing up, like I seen it happen today, a guy accidentally left his hopper up, backed into the boot at river.
Well, the older trucks, the hopper does not go down automatically when you throw it in reverse and you're hopping in and out of different trucks.
