So I'm lucky that I respond just to Ersodiol, the first-line treatment.

So I'm not on to any second-line therapy.

But the itch is definitely mostly now under control.

For a while there, when my enzymes were still pretty bad, they weren't under control.

So I used a lot of sarna lotion to kind of help cool that skin.

I do still get it sometimes now, but it's mostly in the palm of my hands, on the bottom of my feet.

And typically more caused by stress, anxiety, that sort of a

thing.

Did you notice the itching though, when you were, before you were diagnosed?

So I did, but I have always had allergies.

So I assumed that it was related to that.

Just like I assumed my fatigue was related to working 13 hours a night.

And just why I kind of wrote off everything is working night shift.

Yeah.

Yeah, definitely.

You know, I use Sarna too.

And I discovered Sarna, because I would get it on my back, the itching spots, but it would be like, just like one little spot, like the size of a quarter or something.

And it's always the spot you can't reach, you know.

And so, yeah, Sarnit seemed to do pretty well for me.

It seemed to handle it.

And I'd ask doctors about it.

Nobody would say anything.
