Paula CrossfieldHostIt's protecting knowledge from you while you are unable to cope with something that is beyond your capacity as a personality.
Whenever that very energy is paying attention to you as an individual, you as separate from everything else, we call it in Sanskrit ahankara, the thing that creates I-ness, the thing that itself identifies, the thing that makes you into you.
You will go back to becoming an, uh, to being an astral being and that will be the end of your body.
Some very selected individuals may be able to depart from their bodies and then return to them in a very different fashion, but that is very uncommon.
Very common, the most common thing that happens is that Kundalini will be partly awakened and then as you proceed ahead in life step by step, that awakening will either proceed progressively to become less and less identifiable as human and more and more connected to something in the astral world.
But what can also happen is that your personality can start to believe that it understands more than it actually does.
In which case you are setting yourself up for a failure of this initiatory experience that should have been transforming you in a positive way.
But if it does start getting awakened in you, remember that it is not as some has described it before going to be experienced as a cool breeze in your palms, but rather a force that is going to transform you one way or another and it is something that you, number one, first have to survive and number two, one that has to be integrated.
I was about to say that you have to integrate, but in fact you are no longer gonna be you after a certain period of time and the integration is going to b- be between the, the absolute ongoing reality and you as an individual who is learning how to align with a degree of ongoing transformation that is going to be sustainable for you.
So what we should probably think about first is the importance of distinguishing a genuine Kundalini awakening from and a, a psychic break, uh, some kind of spiritual experience that is tr- is impressive, maybe transformative, but is not quite the same thing and definitely distinguishing it from some sort of emotional catharsis that is, arises from and is chiefly limited to your individual personality.
