One of the things I think I'm most proud of, and we, we talk about the number of years on our sales staff of the people that we work together with, but we have a ton of customers that are 20, 25 to 30-year customers, and that only happens when you have a good relationship.
When you are focused on doing the right thing for people, that's when you have people that will work together for 25-plus years.
So we always have our sales go around, we call it, where we talk about pe- what, what are people doing.
And I know for a fact that there are, I mean, there has to be 50 accounts that we work with that are all in the 20s in the years of service that we work with them, and that's because we do the right things for our customers.
You know, knowing you've built that relationship, it shows that growth, as Dave alluded to, how, you know, those long-term relationships we have.
When you have those customers that are calling you just to check in, it resonates that you've made that connection and where things are at.
So I think those are the things that you look forward to, and knowing you've built friendships of doing the right things all along.
You know, you, you start off early and, like I said, you got third generation, so you kinda remember when they were kids riding in the combine.
You know, we have a few, few farms that, you know, just kinda laugh about, you know, "Well, this is Ashley's seat," 'cause this is where he sits when we have lunch.
