**#39 Behind the Scenes: How Live Well with Arthritis Programme Actually Works** 'Second to starting my medication, joining the cohort was the best choice I could have made', that's Julie's review of…
I'm your host, Emily Johnson, Arthritis Foodie, and this is a solo episode, just you and me.
And today's a slightly different one because I'm going to be discussing the spring cohort and the Live Well with Arthritis course and coaching programme because I get a lot of questions about what exactly it is, what it entails, and because it's new, I have been developing it with all of you in mind since October, 2024.
So it's, you know, it was two years in the making, lots of weekends and evenings and brainstorming and meeting up with Dr. Julie, who's our wonderful rheumatologist who's supported on the course.
And so, yeah, there's lots that has been going on over the last few years and development of this course and coaching program.
And my website is getting there and there's going to be more information on it very, very soon.
But for now, I thought it'd be great to sit with you, my listeners, who listen every single week to this podcast and really sit down with you and let you know about what exactly it entails.
And so there's absolutely no way I could teach you or explain them all in this podcast.
That's probably why I've got calls on my mind because I'm doing calls, discovery calls for the awesome cohorts at the moment.
So what I do want to go through with you is sort of to peel back the layers just a little bit, to open the curtains on the stage, you know, and just show you a little bit behind the scenes of what goes on with Live Well With Arthritis and the extraordinary, incredible people who have supported Live Well With Arthritis and reviewed the content within it as well.
And also go through how the spring cohort was and there's going to be some more testimonials at the end as well.
and so you know if you are thinking about joining the autumn cohort or if you're listening to this later down the line maybe in a year or two if you're thinking about joining the live well with arthritis course and coaching program then most definitely get your application in and get your call booked in with me because places fill up very fast and the places are limited to a really small group because i want to be able to dedicate my time to you all so I'm going to go through, first of all, why I built this, why I did it, why a course and coaching are not just a course, and also why at the moment there is no self-paced version because coaching is so powerful that I really strongly believe that is a massive element of it.
So looking at the structure, you know, without any spoilers and also the people behind it as well.
And also I'm going to be discussing a bit about my wonderful spring cohort, obviously protecting them and their confidentiality, but also discussing a few bits and pieces there.
And of course, you know, results may vary and I can't I can't promise anything.
