Hey everybody, welcome back to the Live Ultra Light podcast powered by Outdoor Vitals.
Today we have our OV100 trip recap.
We do that every summer as a team as a part of the 100 mile challenge.
So if you don't know what that is, that's a DIY challenge that we've been hosting for five or six years now.
I think this would be our sixth year where we just basically get a large group of people together.
We give them a framework that allows them to kind of train and prepare gear and planning and all those kinds of things.
It's a bit of a guide.
And then we all go hit the trail within a couple of months of each other and try to do a hundred miles of backpacking.
Some people choose to do that stacked is what we call it, where they tie together multiple trips to get to a hundred miles, but we've always done it as a nonstop effort.
Um, You know, we started doing these things when we were back on the Uinta Highline Trail, got that one completed.
over a four year period.
So on the podcast though, today we have a new special guest besides Brigham here, but we've got Lucy, our newest designer to join us.
This is also her first a hundred mile hike.
So Lucy, why don't you give us a little bit of a background on you since this is your first time ever being on the podcast as well.
Yeah.
How did you end up on the team here and what do you, what's your, what's your role here?
