And I think many people in the corporate world will know there's someone that was technically proficient.
And then it certainly doesn't work if they don't receive the right kind of training.
There are times when you're going to have to have firm conversations with them about their work performance.
And if people haven't had the chance to experience that, even in a simulated environment, they're going to mess it up.
