got a bit of a row from someone in the group for basically keep saying that we're busy so apologies that I do harp on about that and I'm sorry that if I've annoyed or offended or frustrated anyone I do know that I am fully in control of that as is Lou and I think it's more because it feels a bit like a huge mountain and you don't know where to start rather than you know that you know it's not a problem or you don't recognize there's a problem you just don't know how to do but anyway what then that sparked was looking at being a little bit more kind of organized and what is important what isn't important and you wrote a brilliant article Lou on lots of different ways to set goals because we have always been very much smart goal people so very specific measurable achievable realistic and with a time frame on that we've got lots of goal setting downloads on equity and the resources I use them we get really inspired by them and we'd never really stepped outside our comfort zone and you sent me the blog to have a look at and to edit and for comments and I was like whoa you mean there's different things that we can like explore so tell tell everyone listening that hasn't seen it about the blog which is publicly available on the equity library tell us what you you found for your research
