Our absorption of everything changes, whether it is food, nutrients, supplements, you know, whatever it is that we're putting.

So I was reading actually an article just last night about Turkey tail and, um, and how sort of an essential co-factor, if you will, to its absorption is this, uh, probiotic that actually helps our body absorb it.

Is there any truth to that? Or would maybe, is that just like marketing for, for some? That

OK, now could someone take it and say, OK, this strain of probiotic helps for one reason or another, but it it doesn't matter.
