How was it, you know, you said before this, you said that, you know, the first two months of the summer you were swimming and working out and doing all that.

So like, you know, walk me through the differences, you know, between the school year and then in the summer, into the summer.
And in the summer, it's like, We, you know, we take summer club real serious.
And then on like a Monday and Tuesday, I'll do a double and I'll lift on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday.
So it's kind of similar, but, you know, it's just like, it just looks, the summer's kind of different every single week, the training schedule.

How do you deal with the different training schedule? Obviously, you don't have as many responsibilities as you do in the school year, but you've still got stuff to do, right? So how do you deal with the changing atmosphere, changing practice schedule, I guess? So
Whenever I work, sometimes I'll work late until 9.30. Just right when I get home, shower, go to bed.
I'll just really value the sleep for sure and not staying up too late, especially on the weekends.
It's kind of similar, but It's obviously the summer, so it's like I try to keep the same goals, like eat good because that's an issue for me sometimes.
Eating good and just getting rest is kind of what I have to maintain in the summer from the winter.

How do you continue to eat well? Obviously, after Futures, I stopped really swimming too much.

I kept working out, went for a few runs here and there, but I still ate the same way that I've been eating.

I just went on a cruise, and I think I gained three or four pounds just from that.
