What does a happy life actually look like to you? Not the life you see on Instagram. Not the life your parents expected you to have. Not the life that looks good on paper. Yours. This week we're…
Anyway, today's episode is all about finding your purpose and what does happiness look like? Yes, I
love this topic.
I talk about this a lot, I think.
Yeah, I feel like it's a really important topic and I think it'll just be so nice for us to give a little bit of advice if girls either not sure what they want to do career-wise if they're feeling a little bit lost and they're not really sure what their purpose is.
Yeah, 100%.
I think it's also something that can change and evolve throughout life.
I think, you know, in my 20s versus now in my early 30s, my purpose and my happiness and my drive is very different.
I think I want different things and different things make me happy now.
So I think it's okay to let that evolve and that can change over time, but getting to the core values of what makes you happy and what drives you, I think is really important to start to understand and dig into in your twenties and your later twenties.
I think it's really important.
I think so too.
And I feel as though it's important to know that you don't have to have it figured out right from the get-go and it's okay to try a career, not enjoy it, and then pivot into something else.
When
I was in school, I actually decided I wanted to be an electrician, which I feel as though is so off-brand.
Why do I feel like you'd actually
Oh my
God.
Could you imagine the content? It'd actually be so cute.
Probably go viral.
But yes, I actually left school while I did a skills program.
It was called, it was called the NRG skills program.
And then I was actually going to the skills program three days a week and just learning trade skills.
Girls, I know how to weld.
