Today, we are talking all about fun and how social media and this just, I guess, rise of perfectionism in regards to wellness is ruining fun.
We're over-optimizing life.

We are just trying to be the healthiest that we can be, but we are taking the fun out of life in doing it.

I guess we wanted to kind of talk about this topic because I personally feel like you and I have a really good balance of health, wellness, but also having fun.
I think we have found that really nice flow of not being perfectionist, but still having some really good foundations and fundamentals that we live by.
But, you know, we can still let loose.
Nice to go for that run, take your supplements, but also so good to go and have the wine with the girls and eat the hot chippies.
