Um, lots to get into and lots I'd like to ask you about from a, from a financial perspective.

But you, you just mentioned that obviously between Travelodge and, and now, there was a career before that.

So, uh, I just reflecting on your leadership career prior to, prior to Metrix starting, are there any kind of standout moments or memories or things that kind of you feel shaped you as a leader? 'Cause obviously you were going into these organizations with that leadership hat on, so.
There's a couple in, in particular, um, who really helped shape my career and I think demonstrated great leadership to me.
And so I was witnessing that and, and, and firsthand and reflecting back on it, have tried to emulate some of the, the positive aspects of leadership that they, um, imbued in me earlier and, and through the middle parts of, of my careers.
Developing teams, giving people opportunities, coherent feedback, clear feedback.

And, and that was really our, our thesis was bringing that experience, whether we're talking about finance or leadership, to the, the, the, the SME market, um, which I th- I think, uh, is, is, not crying out for it, but there's, there's real opportunity for us to support British business scale growth.
Um, I think I was, I was listening to a podcast recently, uh, talking about the British, uh, e- economy.
Um, but that, that scaling journey in the middle is something that perhaps, um, can- And, and this is a macroeconomic issue, not just a [chuckles] micro case for us, um, is something that we're not as good at, but we feel we can really help businesses contribute to using those backgrounds that, that we've got.

And that's really your, your sort of sweet spot or the gap in the market that you've identified.
