Have you been struggling with your business this year? Maybe you’re not reaching your revenue goals or you haven’t launched that new idea, product, or subscription box yet. Many times, our businesses…
We're gonna go through 10 things, 10 truth bombs to understand about your subscription box business.
How many things are you doing right now for a handful of people that are consuming a lot of your time and energy? Is what you're working on right now in your business a good use of your time? I need you guys to stop trying to be for everyone.
"Can you make this one for me in a different color, in a different design? With this instead of this? Can I get this one in lavender instead of fuchsia? Can I, can I get it in this length instead of this length?" Whatever your business is, every one of us listening has those customers.
And a lot of times we're like, "Sure, let me find that for you." And then I'm gonna go buy a whole run of lavender tops for one customer, and the rest of them are gonna sit on my shelf.

We've gotta say no. It's going to bring back so much sanity to your life, and it's gonna stop the burnout that we've been experiencing for years.
