And I'm not even talking about real news that actually impacts the economy, but well, actually Robert Kiyosaki might, but I'm talking about things that things that go, that affect our daily walk with money, okay? And so, you know, there's a lot of times we hear about this and we hear about that and it doesn't hit home the way the stories that we're going to talk about today hit home.

Y'all, that got my attention, but it does not change what I teach, okay? I do want to start off with some context, okay? Robert Kiyosaki is not saying he ran up $1.2 billion buying clothes, cars, vacations, okay? He didn't do that with Botox.

He didn't do that taking his new honey out, okay? Much of his borrowing is tied to investments, okay? especially income producing real estate.

And his philosophy has been all ever since I first heard of him is he would rather use borrowed money to acquire assets than use his own cash.

So when I did the research, a little bit of research on this, the reports that I found estimate his own personal debt to be at about 30 to 40 million.

With a net worth of over a hundred billion, the situation is, of him having $1.2 billion of debt is probably not the biggest deal in the world.
