And so, you know, there's a lot of times we hear about this and we hear about that and it doesn't hit home the way the stories that we're going to talk about today hit home.

And as a financial planner, it's one of the most depressing things for me because a lot of times the good, kind-hearted person who's trying to help out their family or trying to help out their partner who they love dearly or their children or their parents, I guess that counts as family, right? Um, they, they think they're doing a good thing and that good thing turns around to bite them in the behind.
So I'm gonna tell you right now, never, never, not ever put a man you are not married to on your deed.
