I actually love makeup, so it's the perfect episode for me to talk about something that I love so much.

Now, I realize we have some challenges to overcome with today's episode, the largest being that this is an audio podcast and not a visual podcast.

And with makeup, a visual demonstration can be helpful.

But I'm going to do my best to give you some actionable tips that can actually help anyway.

But I also really want to talk about the role of makeup in today's society for all women and femme presenting people.

And maybe the shifting landscape of gender politics that has made makeup a woman's activity instead of a human one and how that's currently changing as well.

So even if you aren't a sissy girl or a femme, I think the analysis of the psychology of makeup is pretty interesting stuff in and of itself.
