yeah okay so yeah happy monday to everyone and uh we're gonna slowly get into this next segment as i casually prepare the lower third for it in the background because yes uh we are going to be talking about fisher playground we're going to open up with of course our champions a team that we're now finally having a real conversation about being elite This is something we did last week about Maus on a couple of shows and kind of got a bit of a mixed response, mostly because our enthusiasm was rather limited.
I don't think any of us were really that happy about talking about Maus being truly elite already.
That just seemed a bit, I don't know, didn't quite sit right.
But here we have another team who are now playing really big events, playing pretty damn well, consistently beating pretty solid opposition, Quek.
Give me your initial thoughts, your straight off the top of the dome reaction to this statement.
Legacy are elite and they are the fifth best team in the world.
Do you hate it? Do you love it? Do you like parts of it? Tell me your thoughts.
My gut reaction is that is entirely correct.
Without doing an actual headcount of who those five or who those four are ahead of them and who the ones immediately following them would be, I would probably say that's true, to be honest.
I would say that they are elite.
I think they've proven enough this year to be able to say that.
We're talking about a team that has won two smaller events, granted.
And where...
They've also done enough in other events, I would say, with Esports World Cup performance and everything.
So to say that they are elite, I would put them there.
It might be on a similar level as, like, how...
In a similar vein where it's one or two players who are doing it more so than the entire team, more so like a spirit, for example.
Like, I'm not sure if I'm taking like another elite team such as Vitality, where you could pick out any part of that team and probably put them on another elite team in theory in the future.
I'm not sure I would put Nisim on a different elite team at some point in the future.
Yeah.
But Legacy as a team, as a whole, yeah, I would say that they're elite at the moment.
I would say that they're one of the elite squads.
