This is how we'll always do business.
And I think most people nowadays realize that's not the way you can do business.
But I know it's hard.
Like change is really, really hard.
And one of the other things we were talking about before, too, is you talked about the pace of change.
So can you talk about that? Like from a big bank perspective in a community bank, like what does that actually look like? Can you be more nimble or is that what you have to do is just move faster and stay ahead of it?

Yeah, that's a really good question because large organizations tend to move slower.

and making sure that we're focused on, you know, securing our customer and their data.

So, you know, moving faster in the legacy, you'll see in the more, the bigger banks, you'll see more modernization.

People, they hire a lot of people that are looking towards, you They have experience in AI and bigger things, right? Things in the current state.

But I always say that it's good to be in many places because you get to see different things, you know what works, and then you're able to apply them to the situation better.

And that's where I've been successful in my field is being able to take those, bring them into the community bank and say, OK, let's assess this.

And this is how we can apply this based on what situation we're in right now.

And you mentioned moderate modernization.
