It's funny, when Tom put the question in there, and I was kind of thinking through it, and I was like, man, I've worked at three different churches, and we've had three different models.
Like, I don't know if any one of them is like so specific of like, oh, this is the only way to do it.
And I think all three of them worked for our our area, our culture.
And so I think it's going to be interesting to hear from all of us.
