So why do you guys think, um, we'll just open this up to anybody that wants to answer, and then we're gonna dive into some more stuff here, but why do you think we talk so much about starting the year strong, but there's not a lot of conversation, a lot of discussion about finishing well? And I'm just curious, what do you think that costs us as leaders in our ministries because we don't really think through how we're gonna finish?
I know in our church right now, we have ministries who are finishing the ministry year.
Uh, in our particular church, a lot of small groups take a break for the summer, so, like, there's this finish language.

In children's ministry, when is the finish line? Where is the finish line? What constitute ending something and starting something new? And when I look at it, I think that's part of the problem.
It's like, "What am, what am I finishing? When am I finishing? Is it the end of the school year going into summer? Is it the calendar year?"
