One of the things that I want to have this conversation tonight is the whole idea that there are too many leaders who are sprinting from season to season, from conference to conference, and they don't really understand why they're crashing all the time.

But this is one that reflects God's priority and God's calling and your identity, not based on what you do, because that's vocation.

But this is about knowing who you are in Christ and understanding that everything I do, how I manage my time and my tasks, reflects God.

And so I wanted to get your guys' thoughts and start the conversation off with some deep thoughts from a deep thinker.

But it's this whole thing that when one leader's energy, presence, personal relationships is the thing that's holding it together, you're the glue holding everything together, then growth actually will stall and you'll lose momentum because the leader can't sustain the pace and the demand of all of that.

What do you guys think about that? As you look at the pace of ministry, you guys are both in it deep.
