And to build on that, I mean, the placement on the front of the kit is front and center.

Everybody sees it, every picture, every media outlet, like on live broadcasts, wherever you go, it's right there.

So what does the visibility of that mean for maybe United Way, but also how important it is to have that front and center from a community impact standpoint and that being a priority?

Yeah, I'll start.

It's the first thing you see, right, alongside our crest.

And that's intentional when we think about the collective impact that we want to make.

And fortunately for us, our team has been top in the league since we started this partnership and hope to continue that reign here in the league this third year of the partnership.

But there's a reason why it is front and center.

And we think about the community and the impact.

Traditionally, community relations or corporate social responsibility has been an and with respect to how a team is run and how a team sits inside a city or region.

Whereas this is not just an and, it is one and the same.

And I call this partnership a strategic one, but also an integrated one.

And having it front and center is And literally right below our heart as it relates to our shield is something that is intentional and speaks to the role that the community plays and what we want to try to do here.

I think about it from a couple of angles.

One is personal, which I'll share first, and then sort of how at United Way it shows up.

But our family has been big fans of the current from the beginning.

And so my youngest daughter has come to every game.

There's seven and four, the four-year-old.

The only way I could really connect to them when I was changing jobs and go to United Way and sort of connect the dots on where I'm going was, oh, your Casey Courant kit, we're the logo on the front.

And so the seven-year-old kind of gets it.

The four-year-old thinks I work for the Courant.

So that is, I'm not going to tell her otherwise.

We're going to let that thing ride for a while.

Let's not break hearts.

Right.
