And having it front and center is And literally right below our heart as it relates to our shield is something that is intentional and speaks to the role that the community plays and what we want to try to do here.

I think about it from a couple of angles.

One is personal, which I'll share first, and then sort of how at United Way it shows up.

But our family has been big fans of the current from the beginning.

And so my youngest daughter has come to every game.

There's seven and four, the four-year-old.

The only way I could really connect to them when I was changing jobs and go to United Way and sort of connect the dots on where I'm going was, oh, your Casey Courant kit, we're the logo on the front.

So beyond the financial number, how do you really measure the value that's been created through volunteerism, through awareness, through that nonprofit connection, and even new advocates who are coming to this experience?
