So when they're refusing or being very restrictive, I know how hard this is for parents.
I think feeding our children is so fundamental to being a parent, to our identity as parents, to what it means to raise a child.
And when something isn't going well around that, the child is picky, refusing to eat, not growing well.
It's so easy for us as parents to take it on ourselves and think that we're failing and we're not doing well in this very basic parenting thing.
And so we wanted to take a closer look at eating difficulties in children, but specifically restrictive eating.

And so we wanted to try to help parents navigate restrictive eating in like under this more like space approach, which I can expand on.
