So unpack systems a little bit.

You're talking about systems are working well.

When you say that, I think a lot of people... eyes kind of glaze over understanding, you know, what, what does that mean? Right? Like when you say systems, what does that mean to you?

Systems is anything that we do that I'm going to do more than once.

I want to know that I know how to do it.

So somebody else could come in behind me.

If I'm sick, laid up on vacation, whatever, someone can come in and run it without me happening to be there.

I think that's basically to me what a system is.

And I believe you need a system for pretty much anything because what we do, we're pretty much going to do more than once.

So system on onboarding, system on education, system on, you know, whatever, how to write an offer.

We have a system for Mike Jr., right? He has a great listing system.

So we've spent, I spent like three years pinning him down little bits at a time to just figure out what that is.

And it's very trainable.

So we use that a lot.

Just recreating things on school that agents can pop into whenever they need to, if they need to know how to talk to a buyer or get a price reduction.

We're in a skills-based business right now.

You're not skilled.

You're not in business.

I agree.

It's one of the biggest voids, right? Just the training, the leveling up, the acts, if you will, and then also leadership.

And so you're focused on that.

You're focused on the systems.

To me, Laura, I think from a systematic, I mean, it's a process.

Trust the process.

And if you trust the process and follow the process, then the outcome is going to produce what you started out with.
