The Thursday Sessions are a series of conversations on the underpinning of why we, as women, keep going back to wanting to shrink our bodies as the thing that finally lets us have the life we want…
Hey, I want to invite you to join me for the month of August 2026 inside the Thursday session, which is a series of conversation every Thursday of August where we discuss the underpinning of why We as women keep going back to wanting to shrink our body and the thing that will finally let us have what we want on the other side, what our client are really chasing after.
So August the 6th, the 13th, August the 20th, and August the 27th, we're going to meet at 11 Thursday a.m. EST, and we're going to unpack the four core elements of why we keep being, I want to say, attracted but really oppressed by diet culture and how we can solve for this permanently.
So on Thursday the 6th, we're going to talk about health goals, how to think about goals differently in the GLP era, and how to approach behavior change in the GLP era.
And this is really important because when people come knocking on our door to work with us, yes, we need to change the way we approach goal, but we also need to give people a way of feeling better.
We know that health at every size tells us that behavior change, how promoting behavior is a personal choice.
So how do we facilitate that without going back to the whole structure of diet culture? August the 13th, we're going to talk about body image, but from a different angle, which is the bigger problem.
Body image is a component of the way we relate to our body, right? We have been taught as women to think about our body as a transactional relationship.
How do we shift from that to a relationship of allyship and partnership? And yeah, body image is part of that, but it's not the only thing.
And on the 20th, we're going to talk about the whole, quote, I am not enough self-worth challenge, which really sits at the bottom to all of it.
So we're going to talk about that in the context of socialization, specifically for women and how we solve for that in our work with our client.
If you can't come on live, the recording will be available to you until September the 4th, I think.
So if you want to sign up and come and join me and get more skill set on board in, The link is in the show notes, or you can come to my website, www.stephaniedozzi.com. And right at the top of the website, there's a link there for you to sign up.
