I mean, everything that you said, I feel like a lot of people will be able to resonate.

Otherwise, we're just going to invent things in our head as why is my mom not talking to me? Like, hang on.

if things aren't discussed and explained to them which again nobody tells our parents to do that and then nobody told their parents to do that so it's like we're the are we like the family breakers you know we like breaking the cycles of the whole family lineage but yeah children are so intuitive and they really do pick up on these kind of energies the whole silent treatment thing is so hard because you can't put physical evidence to it like nobody has shouted at you you haven't actually done an action you there's not like a physical thing that your brain can be like okay that's clicked you know i like hit my sibling or something but a silent treatment and then knowing that the energy has just shifted not realizing things like not being explained why that is just such a huge thing a huge thing for your nervous system as well and the overachiever thing was just amazing that you got the to the root cause of it it's like you knew that you got that heightened emotional state um when you got those first a's and then just trying to recreate it and doing more and more and more trying to and i love the analogy of a little bit like an addict, like trying to get that hit again, trying to get that hit again and just being okay.

And I can totally see how these types of thought patterns would get bigger and bigger and bigger, especially again, when nothing is explained to us when we are children and nothing is explained to our parents either.

So again, we're just all walking around on autopilot not really understanding what emotions are what our nervous system is trying to tell us trying to not have that mind-body connection and suppressing everything and it literally just creates these types of dynamics, these kinds of people that, and that I was as well.

Like when I read your story, when we first said that we were going to do this, I was just literally like nodding to everything.

But then when you really understand it, it gives so much clarity and lighter energy to the whole experience because then you're like, okay, That happened.

And what is the solution? So I absolutely love that you've literally, you know, done all this inner work on yourself.

What do you think that when you went into your early adulthood, your 20s, that kind of era, how do you feel that these types of thought patterns and basically your creative field, how do you think that it mimicked your reality that you were experiencing? So how do you feel that your childhood basically shaped your early adult life?
