What if a blue-green algae could help your cells fight cancer the same way your own immune system does? In this episode of Integrative Cancer Solutions, Dr. K talks with Catharine Arnston, PhD…
And the thing is that nowadays, I mean, we look like, you know, 70 years ago and the kind of assault that was on our body at that time and compared to now, you know, we live just in a different world, which means that we have to be so much more diligent in protecting ourselves.
And then we have all the EMF and microwaves and things, the electrosmog that's around us.
And that additional stress just means that we cannot do the same thing that we did 70 years ago and think that we're going to have the same outcome.
We need to lean in harder to support our bodies, support our cells' ability to deal with this assault.
And there's nutrients in here we'll go into in greater detail to help prevent that.
And Otto Warburg, who was the originator, he got a Nobel Prize for discovering how cancer cells thrive in a process called glycolysis, which is what the cells will switch over to from your regular what's called ATP production that uses oxygen.
And when your cells and your mitochondria switch over to glycolysis, it throws off with lactic acid, which keeps it acidic, which allows more fermentation of the cancer cells to grow.
And the other thing I want to talk about for chlorella, it's known as a detoxing algae.
And why that's important for preventing cancer is because, as you mentioned, we're surrounded in this soup of chemicals.
And these toxins, whether they're EMFs or heavy metals or glyphosate or pesticides, they lodge into your stomach lining, into your cell receptors.
